I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s taking way longer than I expected. I know delays can happen, but when money is tied up like this, it definitely makes me hesitant to order again until I’m sure the refund process is more reliable.

I ordered from cigarsncigars.com and while the package did make it here, the box was banged up when it arrived. The cigars were still usable, so I’ll give them that, but they make it sound like they take extra care with shipping and it really didn’t feel that way. There wasn’t much padding inside, which is disappointing because they had promised better handling for something like cigars. Not the worst experience, but definitely not what I expected. 3 stars.

I don’t know, the prices here just feel a bit too much for what you get. This and that adds up, and in the end it didn’t really feel worth the money to me

The site was good overall, no big complaints there. I found what I needed and it was easy to use, but the shipping cost felt a bit high. Like, the product price was fine, then checkout hit and the shipping made it feel less like a good deal.

Payment was straightforward and I liked having a few options to choose from. The checkout mostly went smoothly, but there were a couple moments that made me pause and wonder if everything was processed correctly. It worked in the end, but it did chip away at my trust a bit

I ordered these because the pictures on the site looked really clear and specific, so I felt like I knew what I was getting. But when it arrived... it just wasn’t the same. The packaging looked different, and the cigars didn’t really match what I expected from the photos. Maybe the pictures just need to be updated so people have a better idea of what they’re actually buying. it was frustrating.

I checked everything against my original order just to be sure, and yeah, some were wrong. Disappointing, honestly. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

I ordered some cigars because the site showed they were in stock, so I figured everything was good. Then later I got a message saying they were actually out, which was frustrating. I mean, it’s not the end of the world, but it definitely felt like a waste of time. Kind of annoying, honestly...

I placed an order on cigarsncigars.com after seeing a promo and I thought I was getting a better deal than I did. The discount looked good at first but once I got to checkout it was a different story.

A few of the items in my cart did not qualify and the code only worked on certain products which I did not realize right away. Then shipping took away most of what I thought I was saving so it felt kind of pointless.

The site itself was not terrible and my order went through fine but the promo felt a little misleading to me. I would probably only order again if the deal was spelled out more clearly from the start.

Meh. I’ve tried using the loyalty rewards a few times, but they barely make a difference. it never really feels worth the effort.

Nothing ever got resolved. I reached out hoping they’d actually fix the problem, but it just kept going in circles. I even remember checking back while making coffee one morning, thinking maybe there’d finally be an update, but nope. In the end, my issue was never fixed

I probably should’ve read every detail of the return policy before checking out, but i didn’t expect there to be quite so many limits. Once I actually needed to use the policy, it felt way stricter than I had assumed.
Customer support did respond, so it wasn’t like I was completely ignored, but I still had to cover return shipping and found out some items couldn’t be returned at all. Maybe that’s normal with cigars and related products, I get that there may be rules around that, but from a customer standpoint it was annoying and made the whole experience feel like more of a headache than it needed to be. I’d give it 2 stars.

My order showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but I was already feeling mentally drained and just wanted to relax with a good smoke. A few of the cigars felt kind of dry and ended up smoking harsher than I expected, so it was a bit disappointing.

I’d probably give cigarsncigars.com 4 stars overall, mostly because the cigar selection is solid. They’ve got a nice mix of brands and sizes, and I actually found a couple cigars I don’t usually come across on other sites.
The main downside was that a few things I wanted were out of stock, which was frustrating, especially when you’ve spent time browsing and then have to wait around or check back later. Still, the site is easy enough to use, and there’s enough variety that I’d probably order from them again

I got a sampler from Cigars N Cigars and it was fine overall. A couple of the cigars were good but some of them felt a little too similar to each other. I was hoping for more of a mix with different sizes and brands. Not a bad buy just kind of average.
